Tibetan singing bowls are a type of bell that vibrates and produces a rich, deep tone when played. Also known as singing bowls or Himalayan bowls, Tibetan singing bowls are said to promote relaxation and offer powerful healing properties. Buddhist monks have long used Tibetan singing bowls in meditation practice.

The bowl I received has a 4-pointed star inside, not the 5-pointed star like in the main product image, but I am happy because that is what I wanted; I noticed there are different images in the product description so I wasn't sure which one I would get, but I got the one I wanted, like in this image, with a wooden stick without leather, and it makes a very pure sound :)
